About CXPAG

An ecosystem for the companies that move money

Founded in 2025 — with a team that has been running payments since 2018 — CXPAG builds the settlement layer that lets businesses making international payments and payment service providers reach new markets with greater speed, efficiency, and security.

Our vision

We believe the next generation of financial services will be built by hundreds of specialized payment companies, not a handful of banks — and that each one of them deserves direct access to global settlement rails, without having to become a licensed institution in every market they touch.

CXPAG exists to be that access layer: the connective tissue between local payment rails and international settlement partners, so PSPs, digital banks, and money movement platforms can focus on their own customers instead of building their own ecosystem.

What we do

We operate — directly and through regulated banking partners — the licenses, liquidity relationships, and compliance ecosystem that cross-border settlement requires: EMI and VASP registrations, money transmission licenses, AML/KYC monitoring, and a network of tier-1 banking and liquidity partners spanning 120+ countries.

Payment companies plug into that network through a unified integration, and settle globally on rails they don't have to build or maintain themselves.

We also bring the demand. CXPAG has sales teams on the ground in selected countries that find companies making international payments and connect them to the payment companies in the CXPAG ecosystem that provide and execute those payments — so partners gain new local customers, and businesses get a ready route to pay abroad.

What we stand for

Principles behind the network

🤝

Partner, not competitor

We build the rails behind payment companies — we don't compete for their end customers.

🔒

Compliance-first

Every corridor we open is backed by licensing and monitoring, not just a fast integration.

🌍

Local depth, global reach

Real local rails and liquidity in each market, connected into one international settlement network.
